Responsibilities:
- Perform low voltage battery testing, diagnostics, and validation using industry-standard equipment
- Set up, operate, and maintain battery cyclers and test stations for electrochemical performance evaluation
- Monitor and record test data, analyze results, and generate detailed technical reports
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
- Calibrate and maintain test instruments and low voltage electrical systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support battery R&D and quality assurance processes
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and electrical standards in a lab environment
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Electronics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with low voltage systems, battery testing, or electrochemical test equipment
- Proficiency reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Familiarity with battery management systems (BMS) and cell-level testing procedures
- Experience with data acquisition systems and test automation software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to document technical findings accurately
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced lab environment
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
